FAQ | Cookie Orders, Pickup & Shipping | Honey Bee Sweet Inc.

Question 1

Can I get more or less than twelve (12) cookies?

Accepted Answer

Yes, cookies are sold by the dozen. You may purchase as many dozen as you wish. If you would like to purchase more than four dozen (48) cookies, please contact us for large and/or special orders.

Question 2

How soon will my order be ready for pickup?

Accepted Answer

To ensure that all orders are fresh when received, all products are baked to order. Therefore, all orders require 24–48 hours for pickup depending on items ordered and size of order. If your order is needed within 48 hours, please call before placing your order and we will try to accommodate you. A rush fee may be applied. Rush fees are $10 for orders under $100 or 10% for orders over $100. If your desired pickup date and time is beyond 48 hours, when placing your order, please indicate the time of day you would like to pick up your order and you will receive an email confirmation. In all instances, you are welcome to call to inquire when an order might be ready for pickup.

Question 3

Is delivery available?

Accepted Answer

Currently, delivery is not available. However, pickups may be scheduled outside of business hours, if needed. We are conveniently located in the South Loop, and 10-minute parking is available while picking up orders.

Question 4

Do you ship cookies?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We ship within Illinois. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total. Orders are typically shipped within 48–72 hours of placement.

Question 5

How should I store my cookies?

Accepted Answer

For best results, store your cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days. You can also freeze them for up to 3 months — just let them thaw at room temperature before enjoying.
