Frequently asked questions
When will my box ship?
Subscriptions are billed on the 25th of each month. Boxes are then baked fresh and mailed out between the 1st and 5th of the following month.
Can I choose my cookie flavors?
The variety box is curated by us each month to showcase seasonal favorites and bestsellers. Custom flavor requests aren't available for the subscription box.
Is shipping included?
Shipping within Illinois is included in the $50/month price. We currently ship to Illinois addresses only.
How do I cancel?
You can cancel any month — there is no minimum commitment. To avoid being billed for the next cycle, cancellations must be received by the 20th of the current month. Cancellations received after the 20th will take effect the following month and your final box will still ship.
What happens if my payment doesn't go through?
If a subscription payment fails two consecutive months, the subscription will be automatically removed from our list. You're always welcome to re-subscribe.
What is the item of the month?
It changes every month! Past items have included cake jars, seasonal cookie flavors, and bakery exclusives. It's our way of keeping things sweet and surprising.
Is there a minimum number of months?
No minimum at all — subscribe for one month or many. Cancel anytime by the 20th to stop the next billing cycle.
